What to expect

Day 1

  • Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation that may involve:

    • Discussion of your health history, symptoms, and goals
    • Movement assessment and physical examination
    • Objective testing of range of motion and muscle strength using Activforce2
    • Identification of mobility limitations or movement imbalances

    At the conclusion of the evaluation, findings are reviewed in detail so you have a clear understanding of your current condition, contributing factors, and areas of focus. You will also receive a structured spreadsheet report of your measurements, including range of motion and strength data collected during the session. This serves as a baseline for your personal records and allows for objective tracking of progress over time.

    When appropriate, clients will also be introduced to supportive technology such as Trainerize to assist with prescribed home exercise programs, progress tracking, and ongoing accountability between visits. This is used as an adjunct tool to reinforce consistency and carryover, without replacing the clinical decision-making and skilled care provided during physical therapy sessions.

    From there, we discuss treatment options, frequency of care, and next steps so you can choose the path that best supports your goals—whether that involves short-term rehabilitation, performance-focused progression, or a transition into independent fitness and long-term maintenance.

    The goal is to provide clarity, objective insight, and a structured plan so you can take an active role in your recovery and long-term health.

    Following this consultation, clients are onboarded into a structured coaching system powered through Trainerize, allowing for a streamlined and organized experience from day one. Through this platform, clients receive individualized programming, track workouts, monitor progress, and communicate directly for ongoing support and accountability.

    From there, clients receive guidance on building structured plans that may include strength training, general fitness programming, habit development, and strategies for maintaining consistency with nutrition and daily routines. Programs are delivered and progressed through Trainerize, ensuring clarity, progression, and adaptability based on performance and feedback.

    Clients are guided in using Trainerize to log workouts, track key habits, and stay accountable between sessions. This allows for real-time adjustments, improved consistency, and a clear visual representation of progress over time.

    For those who desire it, lifestyle consulting can also incorporate guidance toward developing healthy spiritual rhythms from a Christian-centered perspective, supporting both personal growth and disciplined living.

    The goal is simple: provide clear direction, structure, and accountability so clients can pursue their health and fitness goals with purpose—both inside and outside of training.
