Archangel Rehab & Fitness is designed to give you expert guidance, personalized programming, and ongoing support without the confusion of rushed appointments, generic exercise plans, or unnecessary visits.
Every client begins with the right starting point for their needs. This may be a free 15-minute Discovery Call, a Physical Therapy Evaluation, or a Personal Training Consultation. This first step allows us to understand your goals, your current challenges, and the best path forward.
After your initial appointment, you may choose to continue with a monthly Archangel membership through Trainerize. Your membership gives you access to your personalized program, ongoing updates, accountability, and direct messaging support.
In-person and virtual sessions can be scheduled separately as needed. This allows you to receive the level of support that fits your goals, schedule, and season of life without being locked into unnecessary visits.
The goal is simple: clear guidance, consistent support, and a custom strategy that helps you move forward with purpose.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive one-on-one evaluation designed to help identify what is limiting your movement, strength, function, or recovery.
Your evaluation may include:
• Discussion of your health history, symptoms, goals, and current limitations
• Movement assessment and physical examination
• Objective testing of range of motion and muscle strength using Activforce2
• Identification of mobility restrictions, strength deficits, or movement imbalances
• Review of findings and recommended next stepsAt the end of the evaluation, your findings will be reviewed in detail so you have a clear understanding of your current condition, contributing factors, and primary areas of focus.
You will also receive a personalized Physical Therapy Evaluation Report summarizing the most relevant findings from your visit. This report is designed to give you a clear take-home understanding of what was discussed, what was assessed, key movement or strength findings, current limitations, recommended goals, and the plan moving forward.
When objective measurements are collected, such as range of motion, strength testing, balance testing, or functional movement testing, the most meaningful findings may be included in your report to help establish a baseline and track progress over time.
When appropriate, supportive technology such as Trainerize may be used to provide your home exercise program, support consistency, track progress, and maintain accountability between visits. This tool supports your care but does not replace skilled physical therapy, clinical decision-making, or hands-on treatment when needed.
From there, we discuss treatment options, recommended frequency of care, and next steps. You remain in control of your plan, whether your goal is short-term recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, pain reduction, or performance progression.
Updated reports may also be provided during progress note sessions, typically once per month or when clinically appropriate. These updates help summarize your progress, changes in objective findings, updated goals, and any adjustments to your plan of care.
At discharge, you may receive a final summary that compiles your progress, key outcomes, remaining recommendations, and long-term plan so you have a clear record of where you started, how far you progressed, and how to continue moving forward.
The goal is simple: give you clarity, objective insight, and a structured plan so you can take an active role in your recovery and build strength for the calling.

Every personal training relationship begins with a one-on-one consultation designed to understand your goals, current habits, fitness level, and the type of support that will help you stay consistent.
During this consultation, we may discuss:
• Current health and fitness habits
• Personal goals, motivations, and preferences
• Physical challenges or lifestyle obstacles
• Training experience and exercise history
• Long-term vision for health, strength, and performanceFollowing the consultation, clients may choose to continue with a structured coaching membership through Trainerize. This platform allows for a streamlined experience where clients can receive individualized programming, track workouts, monitor habits, view progress, and communicate directly for ongoing support and accountability.
Your program may include strength training, general fitness programming, mobility work, cardiovascular conditioning, habit development, and strategies for improving consistency with nutrition and daily routines. Programs are progressed through Trainerize based on your goals, performance, feedback, and schedule.
Clients are guided in how to use Trainerize to log workouts, track key habits, and stay accountable between sessions. This allows for clear communication, ongoing adjustments, and a visual representation of progress over time.
For clients who desire it, lifestyle consulting may also include support for developing healthy spiritual rhythms from a Christian-centered perspective, encouraging disciplined living, personal growth, and purpose-driven health.
This service is designed for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle coaching. It is not a substitute for physical therapy, medical care, or injury treatment.
The goal is simple: provide clear direction, structure, and accountability so you can build strength, consistency, and confidence for the calling placed in front of you.

MONTHLY REHAB MEMBERSHIP
For physical therapy clients who want ongoing guidance, structure, and accountability after completing a Physical Therapy Evaluation.
This membership includes access to your personalized rehab program through Trainerize, exercise updates, progressions, accountability support, direct messaging, and modifications based on your goals, progress, and response to exercise.
In-person or telehealth physical therapy sessions are scheduled separately as needed for skilled assessment, treatment, progression, and hands-on care when appropriate.

MONTHLY FITNESS MEMBERSHIP
For personal training clients who want ongoing programming, structure, and accountability after completing a Personal Training Consultation.
This membership includes access to your personalized fitness program through Trainerize, exercise progressions, habit support, accountability, direct messaging, and ongoing adjustments based on your goals, performance, feedback, and schedule.
In-person or virtual personal training sessions are scheduled separately as needed for additional coaching, technique work, progression, and support.
Price: $149.00/month
